Integrative, Transpersonal, Clinical Psychotherapist MBACP
As an extroverted feeling type personality, I bring warmth, energy and empathy to my therapeutic practice. My active style helps clients feel supported, understood and listened to, leading to a better sense of self-identity and higher confidence.
I work in an integrative way using mainly, but not only, psychodynamic, humanistic, existential methods combined with a transpersonal approach, which allows clients to go deeper into the subconscious.
Areas of personal interest:
Healing, early life attachment rupture using Inner Child techniques.
Bereavement and relationship loss - finding oneself when a relationship ends.
"There is an uneasy truth that collects like a shadow over every long-term loving relationship – that one must stay and the other depart. That ultimate and inevitable departure of the other takes a fundamental piece of ourselves, a part of our being, leaving us with a terrible feeling of incompleteness”.
Nick Cave, The Red Hand Files
